Protests erupted in Telangana following the alleged remarks by the suspended BJP leader on Prophet Mohammed. Singh has been detained under the Preventive Detention Act (PD Act) and is being lodged in Central Prison, Cheriapally, said Hyderabad Police on Thursday.
