`ATOM BOMB may explode..`: Jharkhand Governor`s remark in Hemant Soren case sparks row

Governor Ramesh Bais has said that an "atom bomb can explode in Jharkhand, because firecrackers are banned in Delhi, and not in Jharkhand." Bais made this remark in an interview with a private channel in Raipur in connection with the Office-of -Profit case involving Chief Minister Hemant Soren.
