Satyendar Jain misused his position to get special treatment in Tihar jail; facilities to be withdrawn: Panel

The inquiry report prepared by the committee, which also comprised the Principal Secretary, Law,  and Secretary, Vigilance, said that Jain frequently met his wife Poonam Jain and other family members in jail.
